Functions of PVC pipe fittings production line equipment

The equipment functions of PVC pipe production line are as follows:

(1) Mixing of raw materials: 

PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, antioxidants and other auxiliary materials are added into the high-speed mixer according to the proportion and process, and the materials are heated up by the self-friction between the materials and the machine to determine the process temperature. Then the material is lowered to 40-50 degrees by the cold mixer; so that it can be added to the hopper of the extruder.

(2) Part of the extruder: 

This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device to match the amount of extrusion with the amount of feed to ensure stable extrusion of the product. Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a larger diameter, and the heat transfer area and shear rate of the material are relatively large, which is beneficial to the plasticization of the material. The diameter of the screw in the metering section is small, which reduces the heat transfer area and the melt. A high shear rate enables the melt to be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates in the machine barrel, the PVC mixture is plasticized and pushed to the machine head, so as to achieve compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization; and achieve the purpose of exhaust and dehydration. Feeding device and screw drive device adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which can realize synchronous speed regulation.

(3) Extrusion die part:

After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC, the follow-up materials are pushed to the die head through the screw, and the extrusion die head is the key building part of pipe forming.

(4) The vacuum setting water tank is used for shaping and cooling of pipes. 

The vacuum setting water tank is equipped with a vacuum system and a water circulation system for setting and cooling. The stainless steel box is sprayed with circulating water for cooling. The vacuum setting water tank is equipped with front and rear moving devices and Left and right, high and low adjustment manual device.

(5) The haul-off machine 

The haul-off machine is used to continuously and automatically draw the cooled and hardened pipe from the machine head, and the speed is adjusted by frequency conversion.

(6) Cutting machine: 

After being controlled by the travel switch according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, and the stand is turned over with a delay to implement flow production. The cutting machine completes the whole cutting process with the signal of the fixed-length switch as an instruction. The operation of the pipes is kept synchronous, and the cutting process is completed by electric and pneumatic drives. The cutting machine is equipped with a dust suction device, which sucks out the cutting debris in time and recycles them.

(7) The turning frame 

The turning action of the turning frame is realized by the cylinder through the air circuit control. The turning frame is equipped with a limit device. After the cutting saw cuts the pipe, the pipe continues to be transported. After a delay, the cylinder enters the work to realize the turning. material action to achieve the purpose of unloading. After unloading, it automatically resets after a delay of several seconds, waiting for the next cycle.
